Friday Night - $70 per couple, includes dinner and entertainment fee

Choice of:
- Shrimp and Crab Fritters with a Key lime Dipping Sauce
- Smoked trout dip with crostini, house chips, and vegetables for dipping
- Goat cheese Stuffed Grilled Portobella Mushroom with Red pepper coulis and toasted pecans

Soup, House Salad or Caesar salad Course

Entree Selections
Choice of:
- Grilled 8 oz sirloin, Herb Jus, Broccoli Spears and Twice baked Potato
- Lobster Mac and Cheese with three Cheeses blended with Fresh Maine Lobster and Cavatappi Pasta topped with Buttered panko and asparagus tips
- Chicken and Mushroom Risotto with grilled chicken breast, Pancetta, wild mushrooms in a creamy parmesan risotto with spring peas

Shared Dessert Course
Choice of:
- Chocolate Lava Cake A la Mode
- Caramel Apple Pie
- Key Lime tart with Whipped Cream

Saturday Night - $90 per couple, includes dinner and entertainment fee

- Lump Crabcake, sundried tomato butter and fire roasted chives
- Pimiento Cheese Fritters with Jalapeno Candy and sweet chili aioli
- Cabernet braised short rib on garlic crostini with gorgonzola cheese, carmelized onion and balsamic glaze

Choice of:
- Beef tenderloin medallions topped with fresh maine lobster meat, lemon herb butter and asparagus spears, served with Garlic roasted potatoes
- Pastured Chicken Breast Stuffed with goat cheese and wild mushrooms, with roasted garlic pan gravy, butter whipped potatoes and spring peas
- Pecan Crusted trout laced with local sorghum, charred tomato relish, with Smoked Gouda Grits and Roasted Brussel Sprouts

Shared Dessert Course
Choice of:
-Creme Brulee with Fresh Berries
- Flourless Chocolate Cake with vanilla whipped cream
- Bananas Foster with vanilla bean Ice cream

About the Performer - Michael Hulett


Formerly of Palm Beach, Florida and now based in Georgia's Golden Isles area (Brunswick, St. Simons & Jekyll Islands) Mike Hulett's heartfelt soulful vocals combined with his smooth yet smokin' jazz and R&B stylings on sax make him a favorite entertainer. 


Having performed since the age of ten, Mike is fluent on alto, tenor and soprano sax. His repertoire centers around an eclectic mix of classic and modern jazz, combined with fusion and funk jazz styles. Rounding out the mix are select favorite R&B, soul and rock/pop tunes. Mike has been a featured performer at several large venues including local fairs and festivals, nightclubs, restaurants, corporate events and weddings.
